What is your return policy?

Products are sold based on a “no return no exchange policy”. While MAYA CHAN online SHOP has taken steps to ensure strict quality standards for the products sold on our website or during LIVE SELLING which were purchased only from reputable auction houses with the appropriate verification of the authenticity of the product, the said products are pre-owned or second hand which results in some form of flaw, defect, and reasonable use by the previous owner.
